My recent stay at Alisa far exceeded my already high expectations in every aspect. Not only did the hotel boast a prime location directly in front of the illustrious Grand Hotel Pupp, but the staff exhibited exceptional helpfulness and went above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, showcasing their attention to detail and guest satisfaction. The meticulously clean and soundproofed rooms provided a tranquil retreat, allowing for a restful night's sleep amidst the bustling city. The addition of ironing facilities in the room was a delightful surprise, catering to guests like myself who appreciate the convenience of ensuring a crisp appearance during travels. The presence of a well-stocked mini-bar and complimentary tea and coffee facilities further added to the feeling of luxury and comfort, making me feel truly at home. This establishment stands out not only for its impeccable service but also for its thoughtful amenities, setting a new standard for hospitality in Český Krumlov.
